Imagine yourself practicing Flow Arts in the beautiful nature, just a 30-minute walk from Pokhara Lakeside-North, with all its facilities and happening boulevard. Join us from April 2-8, 2025 and dive into Flow Arts with us through various teachers. We offer Flow Arts classes for all levels and unique Nepali dance workshops.
Over seven days, you can engage in many workshops led by our talented instructors and learn all about the different props in Flow Arts. For the more experienced Flow Artist out there we offer more advanced classes in various props. You can find a list of the teachers below. We’re also inviting more teachers to join, who will be announced in time. Besides Flow Arts we also offer classes more in tune with bodywork and different types of dance forms. For example the Nepali dance.
Nightly (fire)flow jams will light up our evenings, both at our venue and within the local community, as we celebrate art and culture together.
At the residency various flow tools are available to share such as hula hoops, contact staffs, levi wands and poi. These are available for use by everyone at the residency. Do you have extra props you could bring? Let us know!

Last night Party
There will be a party at the last night of the event so we can dance out all our soaked up inspiration.
Tourist Excursions & The Thrilling Pokhara Zipline
You are in a very beautiful area, hopefully you have time to look around. If you want, we can arrange excursions for you and you could stay at the residency after the event, or arrive more early. Just make contact for the options to extend your stay outside of the flow art gathering, there are many possibilities to stay a little longer!
Post-Event Trekking Adventure
For those who wish to continue exploring, a 3 / 5 -day trekking experience will start 2 days after the party. This adventure is not included in the event fee and can be arranged on-site or pre-booked through a private message.

At our peaceful farm residency, we offer a variety of camping packages. You can bring your own tent or get one set up for you from us. Don’t feel like a tent? We have a budget hotel option for you at walking distance from the gathering. Alternatively, you are welcome to arrange your own accommodations if preferred.

You can choose to enjoy delicious meals with us provided for you, or you are free to explore local dining options at your leisure.

Floris started his juggling journey in 2009 and soon after, in 2010, fell in love with hooping. He’s now a certified hooping instructor, offering fun and engaging workshops like “hoop-tech”, designed for all levels to enjoy. Since 2019, his flow has expanded into the world of contact staff and dragon staff, where he continues to explore and share new movement possibilities.

Joan, also known as Luminous Nova, started her journey on Twitch where she got inspired from a hula hooper who streamed her practices. Over the years she has learned many different props and now specializes in Hoops, Russian grip spin fans, levi wand & kittywrench. Besides performing with Flow Arts she streams on Twitch & is a social media manager. She is excited to teach about the digital landscape and social media alongside the prop classes.
Flow artist, martial artist, dancer, ninja, badass – just a few ways to describe Gouri! Originally from India she now resides in France and as a performer and painter. She offers many different skills – from nunchaku to Indian classical dance, there will be a lot to learn!
Carmen has been hooping since 2018 and in the meantime she also started flowing with other props. While on this journey, she discovered her passion for play and learning, and started feeling deeply inspired by movement culture. She made a deep dive into the movement practice and worked with different materials that can help one to become a better mover – something Carmen is always interested in. Now she’s excited to connect the worlds of movement and flow arts: she will bring exploration, movement games and partner work to help you expand your flow.
Born in Poland but living in the Netherlands.
Bartosz his journey with Flow Arts started around 2002 and has been part of his life for most of the time as a main artistic skill.
Over the years he diversed in different props and also different artforms. Last year was dedicated to more DJing but even with some breaks from Flow Arts, the spark never faded.
In deep relationship with staffs of any form, he will share a lot of knowledge about them as well as general tips for any other prop.
Zeb Marvin has been hooping for seven years and in the past year branched out into whips, ropedart and hoop lasso (a prop combining ropedart and hoop elements). Alongside flow arts he has researched many forms of movement through yoga, dance, contact improvisation, and playfighting. He is looking forward to help you unlock new movements in your body and bring it into your hoop flow.
